Lemmer-Fullwood, Germany's S.A.E. Afikim representative, wins a silver medal in EuroTier Innovations

Lemmer-Fullwood GmbH was awarded a EuroTier Innovation Silver Medal for "FULLEXPERT IMA" (the AfiLab) at EuroTier 2008.

243 company innovations were submitted for the EuroTier 2008 innovation awards. From the wide variety of innovations the independent expert commission awarded 4 products with gold medals and 13 products with a silver medal.

The "Fullexpert IMA" (AfiLab) is measuring fat, protein and lactose in the milk with electro optical technology .
This system makes it possible for the first time to measure fat, protein and lactose in the milk using near infra red technology inline during milking at any milking point. The data obtained serve to improve herd management.

The "IMA" is the second awarded product of S.A.E. Afikim submitted by Lemmer-Fullwood. The First was Fullexpert (AfiFarm) in 2004.
