Quote
"Looking back, if I had to do it all over again, I would choose S.A.E. Afikim."

Farm Story
Both Kibbutzim have had dairy farm for many years. Before they united, Shuval used Westfalia equipment and Na'an used Boumatic.
In April 2006, the joint venture began and since June 2006 the combined herd is milked in Kibbutz Shuval. The entire dairy farm was built anew: barns, milking parlor and the necessary infrastructure.
For almost a year the owners held negotiations with all the milking equipment companies represented in Israel. In the end they decided to go with S.A.E. Afikim, the final decision was not based solely on cost but on the company's approach. The choice of a rotary parlor was influenced by cost.

 Farm annual milk production averages
11,160 liters per cow
Daily average yield: 34 liters

Herd Management
Paul, the farm manager, claims that he hasn't seen the cows in a year. All his work is done on the computer and the results prove that everything is fine. For him working with the afimilk Herd Management system is like "going from a Subaru to a Rolls-Royce."

Customer Service
"One of the reasons for choosing S.A.E. Afikim is the quality of the service which is superior to what I received in the past from other companies. The equipment is faultless and we feel that we are not alone. We get good support and excellent tools to work with."
