Farm Story
Our group of Maccarese s.p.a. purchased this farm in 1999 at an auction. We are currently in the final phase of remodeling. Besides producing milk, here at Maccarese we have an extensive horticultural operation. We also have a program for fattening the male bovine, but in general, we produce cereals.

The Benetton Group was started in the '60s, primarily as a wool producer. It started manufacturing wool sweaters, and in the '80s it became a global brand in clothing. The farms we are currently managing are not connected to the Benetton Group.
They are a choice of life because it's the family's passion.

Herd Management
At our farms we use TDM products to manage the animals in the milking barn. With the system we purchased from the company we are able to supervise and manage the animals with greater efficiency. It helps and simplifies the management process within the farm.
 
Customer Service
We are able to obtain a better quality of milk produced. The area in which we have had the most positive results is in the produced quality of the final product, which essentially results in greater financial gains to the production as a whole.
