Regional Sales Manager, Germany



Build a strong channel partnership to maximize new customer opportunities and to enable effective delivery of Afimilk solutions to maximize market potential. Take strong personal lead in driving sales and close deals via the channel partner with targeted customers across the region, working closely with the channel partner to develop and leverage relationships and opportunities.



•         Meet or exceed set revenue & margin contribution goals in the territory

•         Manage sales performance dealer account financial performance & operating expenses

•         Build dealers' capability to distribute, sell, train and support Afimilk products in the territory

•         Work with channel partner sales and marketing to promote Afimilk brand awareness and products in the territory

•         Work closely with dealers' sales teams towards developing the business for Afimilk, including close assistance in sales calls till deal closing 

•         Work closely with technical managers to ensure high level of product operation in the field

•         Track, analyze, and interpret market information, competitive product information and market trends including market share

•         Report on territory results and action plans

•         Prepare territory sales forecasts, budgets, marketing plans as required

•         Promote communication with other region Account Managers, Marketing, and Team Members



•         Solid technical sales experience in the dairy industry.

•         Thorough knowledge of the German dairy market

•         Strong business acumen

•         Experienced in building and implementing territory plan with KPls

•         Ability to simultaneously manage daily operational activities and long term territory strategy

•         Excellent communication and presentation skills

•         Demonstrated managerial skill with ability to make things happen

•         Experience with distribution channels and dealer organizations strongly preferred

•         Fluent English

•         Strong business acumen with the skills to drive new business by, developing and managing channels, establishing business partnerships and building an effective customer-centric Partner ecosystem to deliver best results to customers

•         Culturally and commercially flexible, well-versed in the considerable complexities of the region,

• Proactive

•         Willing to travel across the territory 70% of the time

•         Hands-on with clear ability to lead from the front be the public face of the company in the territory

•         An individual possessing the highest levels of professional and personal honesty, integrity, and ethics
