Head of Marketing

Description

Responsible for managing marketing activities from positioning, strategy and branding to developing & executing the marketing plan. This will be done from a strategic level, as well as a hands-on level, for the headquarters as well as worldwide affiliates.

For all inbound and outbound aspects, measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

 

Requirements

·      Marketing:

o  Global responsibility for Marketing (including marketing budgets – headquarter and affiliates).

o  Digital Media Marketing, including integration of all the company different digital media platforms, campaigns, SEO, optimizations, campaigns, remarketing and keywords, engage consumers on social media

o  Plan marketing and branding objectives

o  Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff

o  Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials

o  Ensure brand messages are consistent

o  Develop, implement and maintain new media platforms: webinars, blog etc.

o  Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share

o  Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

o  Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

o  Public Relation

·      Marcom and media – includes the following responsibilities:

o  Branding and business unit identity: ensures appropriate branding on all internal and external materials in adherence to corporate policy

o  Initiating and implementing brochures, publications and advertisements

o  Budgeting and managing presence in exhibitions (either direct dealers or not), conferences and seminars

o  Responsibility to maintain company internet site, Facebook, blogs and other media activities planned in the future

o  Trade marks

o  Movies and media bank

·      Sales material : Content, format and maintenance

o  Maintaining presentations and other sales material for the usage of sales people and anyone who meets customers. Keeping the material organized and accessible to relevant personnel in the company

o  Being "gate keeper" for any material to be used out of the company to ensure professional appearance of material and efficient usage of existing documents by approval of format and review of English for material to be use out of the company

o  Addressing languages aspects with all marketing and sales materials.

·      Other responsibilities:

o  Market trends

o  Manage products technical materials

o  Work with Product Group Manager to create Market/Sales kit for the different company solutions and products

 

The position represents the company’s focal point for all activity related to marketing material, market information, product management material, company Internet sites and other media, PR and information retrieval services, as well as all other responsibilities described above.
