SQA Team Lead

Description

In this position, the employee will be required to:

Team leading - including hands-on 30%

Mentor SQA team manual & automation engineers

Implement tests best practice and excellence

Plan & manage SQA verification activities and deliveries for all test projects

Responsibility for bugs\issue tracking 

Coordinate and handle alpha sites (local and offshore sites)

Manage – tier 4 support

Multiple interface with other team leaders, project managers

Requirements

Education: B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline

At least 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a multi-disciplinary products company (large-medium scale)

At least 2 years of experience as SQA team leader

Proven strong background in QA methodologies and practices, knowledge and experience in writing formal test documents.

Experience testing Cloud base applications.

Experience using Microsoft tools MTM, TFS, SharePoint – an advantage

Experience with Automation methodologies and development – an advantage

Education

B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline
