Description

·       Overall administration of global IT systems, including servers, network, storage, communication, backup, DRP, Microsoft 365 environment

·       Oversee system performance and troubleshoot issues. Perform upgrades & implement patches as needed

·       Overall administration of IT infrastructure including Servers room, communication equipment, global offices & facilities

·       Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

·       Responsible for data security & cyber to identify security risks & mitigations

·       Collaborate with IS team to support IT projects & tasks

·       Manage IT team & Help Desk

Requirements

·       5+ years’ experience as System Administrator manager in a global tech company

·       Deep Hands-on knowledge and experience with IT systems (Storage, Network, Communication, VM servers, Firewall, Cyber security, Backup, Helpdesk, computers, Windows OS, M365, Azure)

·       Experience working in Cloud environment 

·       MCSE & VMware certification

·       Excellent English

·       Able to prioritize and multitask

·       Service oriented
