CO-60 Digital Marketing Specialist
A Hands-on digital campaigns manager to join our fast-growing digital marketing department
§ Manage digital marketing campaigns of the company, globally.
§ Social media marketing activities; focusing on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
§ Understand and engage with the company's target audiences on their social media accounts - share content, grow the follower base and improve engagement.
§ Operate HubSpot Marketing Automation tools – upload and share blogs, social media posting, email marketing, workflows, etc.
§ Set up email campaigns, optimize and analyze results
§ Build landing pages and forms using pre-built templates
§ Build marketing reports on campaign performance
Oversee SEO and PPC efforts
§ English at mother tongue level
§ Deep understanding of the technical requirements to create, launch and manage digital campaigns independently – must (social media, google ads, etc)
§ 5+ years of Social Media Marketing experience – preferably B2B
§ Experience with HubSpot - significant advantage
§ Experience on all major social media platforms
§ Experienced in PPC and SEO – significant advantage
§ Other languages a significant advantage
§ Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
§ Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
§ Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub an advantage
§ Proficiency in marketing automation (like HubSpot) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers – an advantage.
§ Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads – an advantage
§ Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics and experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics – an advantage
§ Social media understanding and management experience
§ In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
