Managing Sales Operations accounts (Dealers)

Managing dealers in the system (activate /deactivate)

Ordering process management, from order entry support to full delivery

-Orders coordination with the logistic center

-Shipments and Export to dealers abroad

Invoicing

RMA / Warranty handling

Team members redundancy

Requirements



     English at a mother tongue level – Must


     Spanish / French / Russian – one of these languages at a mother lounge level - Must


     1-3 years of relevant experience at customer service / account manager - Advantage


     Proven Excel skills


     Previous experience with Priority ERP - Advantage
