Description

Assist in execution of marketing campaigns, exhibition and marketing events

Assist in production of marketing content

Arrange, coordinate, maintain and make available all marketing content

Assist in publishing and distribution of marketing content via all digital media channel (including web-sites, emails, social media channels and other channels) as well as printed content

Coordinate with regional marketing managers as well as with channel partners

Manage marketing / sales visits from overseas

Perform administrative and office support activities in Marketing Department

Interface with various company departments: PM, PS, Marketing, Sales

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following:

Bachelor’s degree

Administrative experience supporting Marketing / Sales, Communications or Public Relations

Possesses strong oral and written English communication skills and exceptional computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, juggle multiple projects, and assume additional responsibilities over time

Highly organized, with exceptional attention to details

Additional languages is an advantage – in particular French or Spanish.

Willing to travel abroad as needed
