Schedule Data Export

Use the Data Export tool to schedule automatic exports of data files.

To schedule automatic data exports

1. On the task bar, click Data Export. The Data Export window opens.

   Note: Additional export protocols are listed in AfiFarm.

2. Click the Export Protocol drop-down arrow, then select the relevant protocol from the list.

3. Set the Export Days Back option to the number of previous days data to export.

4. Click Include AfiLab Data (optional) to include AfiLab data.

5. Set the Data File Location (either Browse to a location or choose the Default Path).

6. Do one of the following, then click Save:

• Manually export data - Click Export Now to immediately export the data.

• Set export schedule: Select the Enable Auto Export check box, then select one of the following:

  • Daily Export Time check box to set one or more daily export times,

  • Export After Every Session check box to schedule automatic exports at the end of each session.

  • Export After Every Milking check box to schedule automatic exports at the end of each milking.
