The Planner will take a crucial part in shaping the future of Afimilk!
Responsibilities
· Managing and optimizing supply chain processes.
Ensuring efficient inventory management, while meeting customer requirements.
· Managing global inventory levels for our warehouses abroad
· Running periodic MRP to make sure safety stock are met
· Managing main suppliers production planning – Prioritizing production based on demand,
material availability, and customer orders.
· Monthly parts cost control
· Creating monthly inventory reports for top management
· Managing periodic inventory counts in all our warehouses locally and globally
· Data Analysis & Forecasting – Utilizing ERP systems and Excel to predict demand and improve operational efficiency.
· Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborating closely with production, procurement, logistics,
Sales operation and customer service teams.
Required Expertise and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent – must
(also relevant for last year students)
· Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency – must (will be tested)
· 2+ years’ experience as a planner in an industrial company – advantage
· High level of English, spoken and written.
· ERP experience – Priority an advantage
