If you are located within the PRC, following terms apply to our processing in relation to your rights as a data subject under PRC personal data protection laws and regulations including but not limited to the PIPL.

Your PRC Data Subject Rights: Unless otherwise provided by PRC law, you have the right: 

您作为中国法律下信息主体的权利：除非中国法律另有规定，否则您有权：

• to know and decide on the processing of your personal information;  
• 了解并决定对您个人信息的处理；
• to restrict or refuse the processing of your personal information by Afimilk; 
• 限制或拒绝阿菲金对您个人信息的处理；
• to access and receive a copy of your personal information from Afimilk;
• 访问并从阿菲金获得你的个人信息的副本；
• to request the transfer of your personal information to your designated personal information processors subject to the rules by Cyberspace Administration of China; 
• 根据中国国家互联网信息办公室的规定，要求将您的个人信息转让给您指定的个人信息处理者；
• to request Afimilk to correct or supplement relevant personal information if your personal information is incorrect or incomplete; 
• 如果您的个人信息不正确或不完整，可要求阿菲金纠正或补充相关的个人信息；
• to request Afimilk to delete your personal information under any of the following circumstances: 
• 在以下任何一种情况下，您均可以要求阿菲金删除您的个人信息：

1. the processing purpose has been achieved or cannot be achieved, or it is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
2. 信息处理目的已经实现或无法实现，或不再有必要实现信息处理目的；
3. we cease the provision of products or the Service, or the retention period has expired;
4. 我们停止提供产品或服务，或信息保留期已过；
5. you withdraw your consent;  
6. 您撤回您的同意；

Where the statutory retention period has not expired, or it is difficult to delete your personal information technically, Afimilk will cease personal information processing other than storing and taking necessary security protection measures for such information.

在法定保留期限未满，或在技术上难以删除您的个人信息的情况下，除了对这些信息进行存储和采取必要的安全保护措施外，阿菲金将停止处理相关个人信息。

Cross-border Transfer of PRC Data Subjects’ Data: We provide products or services based on our resources and servers worldwide, that is to say, with your consent, your personal information might be transmitted to or accessed from a jurisdiction outside of China.

中国信息主体信息的跨境转移：我们在全球范围内提供基于我们的资源和服务器的产品或服务，也就是说，在您的同意下，您的个人信息可能被传送到中国以外的司法管辖区或从那里被访问。

Such jurisdiction might have a different data protection law, or even no relevant laws. Under such circumstances, we will ensure that your personal information will adhere to the same level of protection as it does in China. For example, we will ask you for your consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal information, or use data de-identification and other security measures before the cross-border transfer of such data.

这些管辖区可能有不同的数据保护法，甚至没有相关法律。在这种情况下，我们将确保您的个人信息将受到与中国相同水平的保护。例如，我们会在跨境转移您的个人信息时征求您的同意，或者在跨境转移这些信息之前采取数据去标识化和其他安全措施。

Children’s Privacy: Our Service is mainly adult oriented. A child should not subscribe to any Service or otherwise provide Afimilk any personal information without consent of his/her parents or guardians. Children’s personal information that is collected with their parents’ consent will only be used or publicly disclosed when it is permitted by PRC laws, explicitly consented to by their parents or guardians, or is essential to protecting the children. Although the definition of children varies in different laws and customs, we regard anyone below 14 years old as a child in this policy. If we find that a child’s personal information has been collected without his/her parents’ prior consent, we will delete relevant data as soon as possible.

儿童的隐私：我们的服务主要是面向成人的。未经其父母或监护人同意，儿童不应订阅任何服务或以其他方式向阿菲金提供任何个人信息。经其父母同意收集的儿童个人信息只有在中国法律允许、其父母或监护人明确同意或对保护儿童至关重要的情况下才会被使用或公开披露。尽管不同的法律和习俗对儿童的定义有所不同，在本政策中，我们将任何14岁以下的人视为儿童。如果我们发现儿童的个人信息未经其父母事先同意而被收集，我们将尽快删除相关信息。

Policy Updates for PRC Data Subjects: For major changes of this policy, we will provide a specific notice (including, for certain services, notices via email that explain the details of the changes to this policy).

When there is a major change to this policy, we will update this policy in time and state the means to inform you without delay. We may notify you when you log into our Service, notify you with a pop-out window when you use our Service, directly send a push notification to you when you are using our Service, send an email or a text message to you.
