We are looking for a methodical manager with experience in global companies with high capacity and motivation, fast thinker and team player,
A manager that will be responsible for Afimilk revenues demands and consolidate other Afimilk departments for supporting (Sales Operations, Engineering, R&D, Logistics, Planning, etc.) as an orchestra leader.
Responsibilities
- Being the main focal point between the two organizations
- Manage cross-functional departments as a focal point and escalation request.
- Consolidated closely and coordinated with sales operations, production, procurement, QA & Production Engineering.
- Validating with planning department demand & forecasting maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures, receive general instruction and supervision on work progress, and make significant contributions to end results.
- Overall responsibility for subcontractor KPI’s such as OTD and Lead time to comply the company’s needs.
- Operating ongoing risk management and related mitigations and making on-time escalation to prevent revenue and delivery impacts.
- Maintaining the whole open POs backlog updated
- Monitoring weekly production plan.
- Manage and control expenses and support cost reduction efforts.
- ECO/EEN/Holds implementation control.
- Reflect production expedite/postpone needs based on defined priorities.
- Manage CM governance on a weekly basis (Shortages, involve KPI as OTD, LT, Quality performances, and PPV)
- Managing CM’s quarterly cost set,
- Manage Quarterly business reviews.
- Managing the CM’s A-Z and taking full CM’s supply chain responsibility for smooth deliveries on time with minor high management supervision.
Required Expertise and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in industrial Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
•proven experience in matrix environments.
•At least 3 years of experience in subcontractor management in a global company.
•Willingness to work outside of normal business hours to support global teams.
•High level of English, spoken and written
•Team Managerial experience – Advantage
•High level proficiency in Excel and Power Point
•Previous experience working with an ERP system for subcontract purposes – Mandatory.
•ERP Priority experience – Advantage
