The Sales Operations Specialist will take part in the company’s global sales operations infrastructure, ensure accurate order-to-cash execution and data integrity, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Operations for IL Market
- Operate “sales projects and deals” through the ERP system (opening, charges, credit etc)
- Coordination of inventory, delivery etc’ with the logistics center.
- Invoicing and shipping operations to IL customers
- Managing the debt collection
- Handling RMA/warranty cases
- Manage the integrity of the opportunity data in the Salesforce CRM
- Global support tier 3 cases – escalations follow-up
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers
Sales Operations for Europe Market
- Maintain and improve the integrity of sales data across all systems.
- Supporting EU sales managers in ensuring the business operations process
- Collaborate with sales managers to collect opportunity and consolidate sales forecasts
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales reports for executive and regional sales management
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports using BI tools to provide insights into pipeline health and KPI tracking.
Required Expertise and Skills
- Fluent/native-level English – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field in an international company
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Priority ERP – experience with sales order processing, inventory tracking, and customer data modules – advantageous
- knowledge of Salesforce CRM and BI tools – including opportunity management, reporting, and user support – advantageous
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Proven track record working with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
