Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on digital performance manager to join our global marketing team. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic thinking with daily execution- perfect for someone who enjoys running campaigns, diving into data, and constantly testing and improving performance.
You’ll be managing our paid campaigns (Google, YouTube, and Meta) across multiple markets, tracking performance, and helping us use data and automation to scale smarter.
This is not a “campaign operator” job – it’s a role for someone who wants to shape marketing strategy, drive insights, and prove ideas hands-on. You’ll play a central part in helping us grow, learn, and scale globally.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Performance Marketing Execution
    • Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta (FB/IG)
    • Manage targeting, budgets, creatives, and testing end-to-end
    • Monitor performance daily, making agile adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and key KPIs
    • Analyse results across channels, markets, and campaigns
    • Draw clear insights and recommend actionable next steps
  • AI & Automation Integration
    • Maintain and optimize our HubSpot setup
    • Explore and implement AI tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and reporting automation
    • Stay up to date on new technologies and share learnings with the team
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with marcom, market managers and sales to ensure campaigns match local needs and business goals
    • Present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively
    • Act as the “bridge” between strategy, execution, and analytics within the team

Required Expertise and Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency, media company, or performance-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta campaign management
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills (HubSpot experience a must    )
  • Familiarity with AI tools and appetite to adopt new technologies quickly
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
