The Service operations coordinator will take part in the company’s global service infrastructure, ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to business growth

Responsibilities

  • Local market customers cases management
  • Proactive support- team assignments
  • Global support tier 3 cases – escalations follow-up
  • Sub-contractors’ assignment and working order and approval process
  • Local tech’s spare parts inventories overseeing
  • Local Market service agreement:
    • Alignment with the sales team
    • Support entitlement management
  • After hours and weekends on call scheduling
  • Periodical KPI reports preparations

Required Expertise and Skills

  • English at a high level – must
  • 2 years of relevant experience – advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree / Industrial practical engineer – advantage
  • Excel – must
  • Previous experience with CRM and ERP system – an advantage
  • AI analytical tools usage – an advantage
