The Service operations coordinator will take part in the company’s global service infrastructure, ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to business growth
Responsibilities
- Local market customers cases management
- Proactive support- team assignments
- Global support tier 3 cases – escalations follow-up
- Sub-contractors’ assignment and working order and approval process
- Local tech’s spare parts inventories overseeing
- Local Market service agreement:
- Alignment with the sales team
- Support entitlement management
- After hours and weekends on call scheduling
- Periodical KPI reports preparations
Required Expertise and Skills
- English at a high level – must
- 2 years of relevant experience – advantage
- Bachelor’s degree / Industrial practical engineer – advantage
- Excel – must
- Previous experience with CRM and ERP system – an advantage
- AI analytical tools usage – an advantage
